Free PC specs checker: find out your processor, graphics card, VRAM and RAM in about a minute, then see which of your games run on it and at how many FPS.
Read my specs automatically
On a phone? Enter the parts of your PC, the detector only runs on the PC itself.
Scan my hardware
Linux / macOS

- macOS: Apple menu → About This Mac. Linux: in a terminal, lscpu shows the processor, free -h the RAM and lspci | grep -i vga the graphics card.
Check your own library
Know your parts? Then the next step is your games. The library check runs every game in your Steam library and wishlist with your hardware: estimated FPS, the bottleneck and the cheapest upgrade per game. Free, and a scan from this page is used there too.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I find out which graphics card I have?
- On Windows open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) → Performance → GPU, or run dxdiag and look at the Display tab. The detector on this page reads it for you.
- How much VRAM does my graphics card have?
- Task Manager → Performance → GPU, the value “Dedicated GPU memory”. Integrated graphics have no memory of their own and share the system RAM.
- Are my specs good enough for gaming?
- That depends on the game. With your parts entered, the library check estimates the FPS for every game you own, and the FPS calculator does it for single games.
- What does the detector send?
- Only what it read: processor, graphics card and its memory, RAM, operating system, free disk space and the IDs of the Steam games installed on this PC. You see the result before it is sent, and nothing is installed.
